What You Bring:

· Machine Competency: Proven experience running skid steers, mini-excavators, loaders, and commercial plow trucks.

· Mechanical Aptitude: You know your way around pumps, spray booms, small engines, and heavy equipment mechanics. You excel at preventative maintenance and field troubleshooting.

· Valid Licensing: A valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract (Code 20 Heavy Trailer Endorsement is a major asset).

· Schedule Flexibility: Ready to work flexible hours, including early morning spray windows or late-night storm shifts during heavy winter snow events.

To Apply:

If you have a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a passion for managing premium land services year-round, we want you on our team! Submit your application to us below, or in person at our offices in Fernie 13 Kutenai Road or Cranbrook 564 Industrial Road B.
